Experienced Flatbed Drivers – $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Drivers With OTR Experience – $3,000 Sign On Bonus
Referral Bonus – $3,000



The majority of our fleet are Volvo sleepers and are equipped  with automatic transmissions, top of the line interior, the latest mobile communications equipment and every safety feature available. All of our equipment is on a three year rotation so you are guaranteed to always have a reliable setup to keep you on the road and making money.

  • Starting pay 55– 59 CPM (Dispatched Miles)

  • 02 CPM Monthly Safety Bonus

  • 05 CPM Monthly Performance Bonus

  • $35 tarp pay

  • $25 bonus for D.O.T. inspections passed

  • $15 bonus for an extra delivery or pick up

  • 05 CPM extra for Oversized Loads in states requiring night shut down

  • $1,100 orientation pay for all experienced drivers

  • Insurances: Health, Dental and Vision

  • Employer paid short term disability and life insurance

  • Operating area is 36 states: I-35 and Eastward

  • Tractors are all less than 3 years old

  • $250 short haul pay

  • $100 Holiday Pay: 6 major holidays (active drivers)

  • Home most weekends

  • Our drivers average 9,500 miles per month
